The “Manifesto” premiered at the Museum of the Moving Image, & was performed for a second time at BxArts Factory INNUENDOS Art Exhibit Closing Reception.
RENA ANAKWE
is an interdisciplinary artist, performer, poet & healer working with sound, visuals, & scent. She is based in Brooklyn, New York by way of Nigeria & Canada.
Sharon De La Cruz
is a storyteller, educator, & activist from NYC. Her first graphic novel memoir “I’m a Wild Seed” was published last year.
She currently serves as Director of Sustainability at THE POINT CDC, a non-profit dedicated to youth development & the cultural & economic revitalization of the Hunts Point section of the Bronx.
